Great food, very fresh, hand-made patties and onion rings. Friendly service and reasonable prices. Clean bathrooms.

I went into this place before and did the buffet and it was okay. Yesterday I got a burger & fries and it was pretty good. But today I ordered a patty melt and I ask the waitress how they made them and she said on Texas Toast lol and I said go ahead and bring me one. It came with onions and had a ton of mayo. I could not eat it. FYI Patty Melt comes on Tosted Rye Bread swiss cheese and grilled onions

My family and I were received with welcoming attitudes and a pleasant environment. The service was amazing... almost as great as the food. 10/10 would recomend to anyone that wants some nice authentic country-style food!!!

I eat at Mollie's Dinner every time I'm in Alto. I recommend the Mollie Burger, it's made with fresh mushrooms. Don't want a burger for lunch? Try the lunch buffet for some home-style cookin'... シ

Great food and service

We stopped in after touring the Caddo Mounds for a quick lunch. The buffet looked a bit plain, but my partner reports that the Mollie Burger with mushrooms and bacon was delicious. Not much in the way of vegetarian options, but friendly service. Supporting local business always tastes good.

We were in the mood for a good Hamburger. We ordered Bacon Cheeseburgers and fries. Everything was hot when we got it home and delicious! I ordered the kids chicken baskets and they enjoyed them too! If you are driving through the little town of Alto, I definitely recommend you stop and eat. Sweetest family owned!!

This place is fantastic. Great atmosphere super nice people and the food was exactly what I needed. You should definitely make it a point to come and eat here.

Very attentive waitresses, cheeseburger was fantastic, location perfect.

A must eat when anywhere within an hours drive! The food is spectacular! The catfish was perfectly cooked and so yummy. The Mollie Burger was delicious. If you love gumbo you have to try theirs! But hands down the blt was the best thing on the menu. Plus everyone working here was so kind and hospitable. Loved it!!!

Great burgers and the buffet is delicious. It's not all you can eat it's just one trip but very good.

This is classic, no-frills, home-style diner food and it's good. You want a cheese burger with a half-can of chili poured over it, they got that. The cheese steak sandwich is really good. If I'm ever out this way again, I'll definitely stop here for a meal.

Great homemade Breakfast. My kids love their chicken baskets with French fries, it also is a bonus that they deliver to all three Alto ISD schools!!

It was quick for the adults that got the buffet but the kids plates took too long for chicken tenders and corn dogs.

We took a chance and stopped to have lunch. They were serving chicken fried steak and it was delicious. We will stop again.

Wonderful food, fast friendly service and fair prices. I've eaten here now at least a half a dozen times and everything has always been great. Highly recommended.

The best steak fingers I have ever had, crisp and tender.

They have a great plate lunch most afternoons 😊. The wait staff is very friendly and accommodating. My wife and I enjoy taking lunch there when we can.

I’d seen this restaurant many times on my way thru Alto and always wanted to stop but never got to until today. I’m so glad we did! We came for Sunday buffet lunch and it was fabulous!! The best fried steak I’ve had in years. Everything was homemade and wonderful. I live 2 hours away and I will plan another visit very soon.

Delicious homemade food. The only drawback is the hideous LED lighting that put everything and everyone in a weird blue grey glow.

My wife and i eat dinner here our last night of our visit to Alto. To be honest we did not even know it was there but what a diamond in the sleepy town. The waitress was extremely nice and the food was delicious. ...great portion size too.... I would eat there again if i go back and really wanted to go for breakfast the next morning but got hung up and did not get to.... I recommend you try the taco salad and the cheese fries too....

Best unsweetened tea ever

We took a road trip 3 hours north of Houston and wanted to find a breakfast diner along the way. Other than chain fast food restaurants. We located Miss Mollie's Diner. Let me say this is a definite win. Great small town atmosphere. Great friendly fast service. Food was homemade good cooking. Great work Team. Boom.
